FORT WORTH, Texas - The TCU Horned Frog volleyball squad kicks off its spring season on Saturday with four matches at Pepperdine. The Frogs will play four matches against some of the best programs in the West. The tournament will feature matches against Cal State Northridge, Long Beach State, Pepperdine and Cal State Fullerton. This marks the first of four weekend tournaments for the Frogs, who finished with the second most successful season in school history in 2007.

"We are going to use this weekend to bond as a team," remarked Head Coach Prentice Lewis. "Our team chemistry is already great, but being on the road brings us even closer together. It gives us time to grow as a team and as individuals."

TCU will head to SMU next weekend for another four matches. The Frogs will play Texas State, Texas Tec, UTEP and Abilene Christian on April 5.
