FORT WORTH, Texas - TCU women's tennis players Nina Munch-Soegaard and Kewa Nichols will compete at The Racquet Club Collegiate Invitational in Midland, Texas, beginning on Friday. The three-day tournament will be the third event this season for the Horned Frogs.

Munch-Soegaard has earned the tournament's No. 3 seed and will face LSU's Tiffany Tucker in the opening round of 32 on Friday. The TCU sophomore earned an impressive victory at the Riviera/ITA Women's All-American Championships last week, saving nine match points to down No. 120 Megan Fudge of Illinois.

Nichols will face off against Baylor's Karolina Filipiak in the opening round on Friday. Nichols also had a notable win at the All-American Championships, defeating the tournament's No. 9-16 seed Maria Sanchez of USC in the prequalifying opening round.

Munch-Soegaard and Nichols will also compete together in the tournament's doubles draw.
