HOUSTON, Texas - The No. 26 TCU women's tennis team will meet No. 70 Rice on Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at the Jake Hess Tennis Stadium in Houston, Texas. The Horned Frogs are currently 5-4 on the season, while the Owls hold a record of 3-7.

The Frogs are coming off of a dominant 7-0 victory against Oklahoma on Thursday, while the Owls dropped a 5-2 decision against San Diego State last Saturday.

TCU features three ranked singles players, which include Ana Cetnik (No. 23), Nina Munch-Soegaard (No. 60) and Anna Sydorska (No. 88). Munch-Soegaard was named the Mountain West Conference Women's Tennis Player of the Week on Thursday, while Sydorska is currently riding a seven-game winning streak after dropping her first two matches of the season.

Cetnik and Sydorska also pair together in doubles where they are ranked No. 3 in the nation, which is the highest doubles ranking in TCU history. The duo has compiled a 4-2 record this season in the No. 1 slot.

The Frogs and Owls have met 32 times in the overall series dating back to 1979, with TCU holding a 22-11 advantage. The last time the two teams met was in the opening round of the NCAA tournament last season, where the Frogs downed Rice 4-0.
