COLLEGE STATION, Texas - The No. 17 TCU women's tennis team will meet No. 27 Texas A&M on Thursday at 6 p.m. at the George P. Mitchell Tennis Center in College Station, Texas.

"We're looking forward to the challenge," said TCU head coach Jefferson Hammond. "We know it will be a highly contested match, and we'll really enjoy ourselves win or lose."

The TCU women are 3-2 overall, while the Aggies boast a record of 8-1. Both teams are currently riding winning streaks, with the Frogs at three consecutive matches and the Aggies at six.

TCU leads the overall series with Texas A&M, 20-15, dating back to the 1976 season. The two teams last met on March 9, 2006, with TCU claiming a 6-1 victory at College Station.
