FORT WORTH, Texas - The No. 16 TCU women's tennis team (1-2) will host their first two matches of the 2007 season on Tuesday, when they face Texas State at 11 a.m. and UT-Arlington at 4 p.m. at the Bayard H. Friedman Tennis Center.

The Frogs went 1-2 at the USTA/ITA National Women's Team Indoor Championships in Madison, Wis., earlier this month, recording a victory over No. 17 Vanderbilt, 5-2. Highlighting the tournament for TCU was senior Ana Cetnik and sophomore Nina Munch-Soegaard, who went undefeated in singles play, combining for five victories over nationally-ranked opponents. Munch-Soegaard also recorded an undefeated doubles mark, improving her overall record to 6-0.

TCU holds an undefeated mark in the overall series against Texas State and UTA. The Frogs are 5-0 all-time against Texas State and 11-0 against UTA. TCU last played both opponents during the 2005 season.

The Bobcats of Texas State are currently 3-2 overall and 0-1 in the Southland Conference, while the UTA Mavericks are 3-0 overall and 1-0 in Southland Conference play.
