FORT WORTH, Texas - This summer, TCU women's soccer head coach, Dan Abdalla, will host the Dan Abdalla Soccer Academy for soccer players of all ages and skill levels.

The goal of the Dan Abdalla Soccer Academy is to maximize the potential of individual players in a fun and challenging atmosphere. Students will be separated by both age and skill. Teams are welcome at all sessions.

Past staffs of the Dan Abdalla Soccer Academy (formerly Red & Black Camps) have included college head and assistant coaches, MLS players, English Premier League players, WUSA players and US National Team men's and women's players.

The advanced camps will be offered June 10-14 and June 15-19. The half-day camps will be offered June 6-9, June 20-23 and July 18-21. The girl's elite camp will take place July 12-16.

Academy tuition is $145 for the half-day academy, $475 for the Advanced Residential camp, $410 for the advanced non-residential camp and $475 for the elite girls academy. These costs include instruction by top-level staff, a camp t-shirt and lunch for full-day students.

Abdalla, the 2004 Mountain West Conference Coach of the Year at UNLV, just completed his first season as the head coach of the TCU Horned Frogs, leading the Frogs to their first appearance in the postseason tournament since the 2003 campaign.

"I'm excited to have the opportunity to expose players to coaches from across the country for a second year here at TCU," remarked Abdalla. "Last year I was amazed at the response we got from our intense, but fun approach to teaching the game and we are looking forward to another great year."
