Fort Worth, Texas - The TCU women's soccer team finished the 2003 season with a 9-8-2 record, a six game improvement from 2002 when they finished 2-13-5, tying them for the fifth most improved Division I women's soccer program. TCU was tied for fifth with Notre Dame, Oakland, Rice and Stephen F. Austin, while Florida finished first with a 7.5 game improvement.
"Obviously this shows improvement in all aspects of the program, but we feel like we've just begun," remarked head coach David Rubinson. "We are hoping to improve and do better next year. We are very pleased to be mentioned in the same ranking as the other schools."
