Recorded 1.82 save average on the year, stopping a total of 102 shots ... led the Mountain West in saves and saves per game, averaging 6.00 per contest ... her 102 stops were the most by a TCU goalkeeper since 2000 (Shannon Wagner, 116) and the highest number by a freshman since Maribeth Forrest (1987) ... enjoyed a career-high and MW-best 11 saves at Boise State ... also had 10 saves against nationally-ranked Oklahoma State.
HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB As a junior, she was named Sierra League Defensive Most Valuable Player and helped lead her squad to an undefeated record and Sierra League Championship ... a standout in the classroom, Wright was also named her school's Scholar-Athlete of the Year ... played her club seasons for Legends Football Club.
PERSONAL Wright comes from a long line of athletes in her family, as her grandfather, Dominic Patrone played football at Arizona State, her uncle, Lou Patrone, played football at San Jose State, and her cousin, Nancy Ray Johnson was a swimmer at TCU in the mid 1980's.
