Women's golf coach Angie Ravaioli-Larkin announced today the signing of Stephanie Godare (Houston's Cypress Falls High School) to a national letter of intent.

Godare, who is ranked among the top-100 junior golfers in the nation in the latest Golfweek/Titleist Rankings, won the World Junior Golf Cup last season. A three-time district champion at Cypress Falls, Godare finished 12th in the 2001 Class 5A State tournament.

"Stephanie will make an impact right away," said Ravaioli-Larkin. "Stephanie is a a very competitive golfer that has set some high aspirations and goals for her college career. She should be one of our top three players in her freshman season."
