HENDERSON, Nev. -- The TCU women's golf team is in 13th place after the opening two rounds of the Las Vegas Founders Women's Collegiate Showdown.
Keyed by Catherine Matranga's 2-under-par 70, the Frogs shot a 297 today after yesterday's opening-round 308.
No. 2 UCLA holds a 12-stroke lead over 23rd-ranked Arizona heading into tomorrow's 10 a.m. (Central) final round on the par-72, 6,168-yard Anthem Country Club course.
