SAN ANTONIO -- TCU shot a final round 306 Tuesday to finish sixth at the Alamo Invitational.
The defending tournament champion Horned Frogs, ranked 33rd nationally, were 19 strokes behind winner and host UTSA.
Brooke Beeler and Sanna Nuutinen were TCU's top finishers, tying for 17th individually.
Beeler's 75 was the Horned Frogs' low score Tuesday. Nuutinen birdied five of her opening nine holes, including three in a row in one stretch, en route to a final round 76.
TCU freshmen Alexandra Bonetti and April McCoy both tied for 21st. McCoy had two birdies as she carded a final round 76.
The Alamo Invitational closed TCU's fall schedule. The Horned Frogs posted a top-eight finish in all four fall events. TCU will open its spring campaign Feb. 12 at the Purdue Invitational in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
