Sanna Nuutinen concluded play with an eagle on the par 5, 466-yard ninth hole as the Horned Frogs finished 11th Tuesday at the Branch Law Firm/Dick McGuire Invitational.
Nuutinen added two birdies in carding a 1-over-par 74. Her 54-hole score of 223 tied for 21st individually.
Freshman Maria Maymon, in her first collegiate tournament, birdied her opening two holes on the back nine. She totaled three birdies and a 77.
Katy Cardno shot par on 14 holes to finish with a 78.
April McCoy had two birdies, including her first hole of the day, en route to a 79.
Alexandra Bonetti recorded three birdies, including two of her opening four holes, in final-round play.
With an 886, Iowa State captured the team championship by one stroke over UC Davis, UNLV and Ohio State. TCU was 28 strokes back with a 914.
Colorado's Jennifer Coleman shot an 11-under-par 205 to capture medalist honors by eight strokes over Ohio State's Rachel Rohanna.
TCU returns to action Oct. 1 at the Windy City Classic in Chicago.
