Horned Frogs Tied for Third in Puerto Rico

RIO GRANDE, Puerto Rico -- Sanna Nuutinen's 1-over-par 73 led TCU as the Horned Frogs are tied for third after Monday's second round of the Lady Puerto Rico Classic. Nuutinen recorded her second straight 73 and is tied for sixth individually at 146, six shots behind leader Emily Tubert of Arkansas. Nuutinen totaled three birdies while shooting par on 11 holes. Alexandra Bonetti and Katy Cardno added 75s for the Horned Frogs. Bonetti, tied for 14th individually at 148, carded two of her three birdies on the back nine. Cardno birdied her final hole on the day. TCU is tied with No. 20 Texas Tech at 597, 14 strokes behind No. 6 Alabama. The Crimson Tide hold a four-shot lead over No. 12 Arkansas.
