FORT WORTH, Texas - TCU's Tricia Payne has been named the C-USA Player of the Week for the period ending Dec. 29. With 21 points, she led the Horned Frogs to a 70-53 win over No. 8 Vanderbilt on Dec. 28. She set a new career high for three pointers with five against Vanderbilt, while also scoring her 1,000th career point. She shot 60 percent (6-of-10) from the field, including 5-of-9 from the three-point line to finish with 21 points in the game.
