TCU Finalizes 2012-13 TV Slate

FORT WORTH, Texas - The TCU women's basketball program announced Monday that 14 of its 29 contests this season will be shown live on television, including eight games at Daniel-Meyer Coliseum.
The Horned Frogs will have three home games air on Fox Sports Southwest, which include Houston (Dec. 2), Georgia (Dec. 19) and Iowa State (March 2). In addition, four other home contests will be shown on Fox Sports Southwest Plus. The quartet of games includes SMU (Nov. 28), UTSA (Dec. 5), Baylor (Jan. 2) and Oklahoma (Jan. 9).
TCU will also make a pair of national television appearances in 2013 on Fox Sports Net (FSN). The Frogs will make their first national television appearance of the season on Sunday, Jan. 27, at Texas Tech. The other FSN national broadcast will come at home against Texas on Saturday, Feb. 2.
The Purple and White will have six road contests shown live. TCU will play two games on Fox Sports Oklahoma in Oklahoma on Jan. 30 and Oklahoma State on Feb. 5. Other road appearances include a Jan. 15 contest against West Virginia on Root Sports, a Feb. 26 showing against Texas on the Longhorn Network and the season-finale against Kansas (March 2) on Metro Sports.
Every regular season home game not slated for television will be shown live on FrogVision, starting with the season and home opener Nov. 14 against Charlotte.
The Horned Frogs will tip off their 2012-13 season Wednesday, Nov. 7 with an exhibition against East Central University at 7:00 p.m. CT from Daniel-Meyer Coliseum.
