TCU To Make Two National TV Appearances

FORT WORTH, Texas - The TCU women's basketball program will make a pair of national television appearances in 2013 on FOX Sports Net (FSN), the Big 12 announced Tuesday morning.
The Horned Frogs will make their first national television appearance of the season on Sunday, Jan. 27, at Texas Tech. Tip-time is set to begin at 12:00 p.m. CT in Lubbock. The other FSN national broadcast will come at home against Texas on Saturday, Feb. 2, at 11:30 a.m. CT.
FOX Sports Net programming is available nationwide through two dozen owned and affiliated regional sports networks. Additional television games, including matchups broadcast on FOX Sports Southwest and other FOX Sports regional networks, will be released at a later date.
FOX Sports Southwest, which reaches approximately nine million homes, will be the flagship network for TCU Athletics with distribution throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Arkansas. Select TCU events will be televised on other FOX Sports regional and national networks and digital platforms.
In all, the Big 12 will have nineteen regular season games and seven Phillips 66 Big 12 Women's Basketball Championship matchups included in the package. The postseason tournament quarterfinal games will be televised by FSN for the 12th consecutive year, in addition to the semifinals and final which have been aired by the network every year since the inception of the Conference in 1996-97. Quarterfinals will be played on Saturday, March 9, followed by semifinals on Sunday, March 10 and the final on Monday, March 11.
