Lady Frogs to Host Strength and Conditioning Clinic

FORT WORTH, Texas

The TCU women's basketball team will host a strength and conditioning clinic Saturday, Sept. 11, at Daniel-Meyer Coliseum and the TCU weight room. Registration for the event begins at 12:30 p.m. in DMC. The session includes instruction on preseason, in-season and postseason basketball workouts. TCU strength and conditioning assistant Kyle Wallis will provide tips on program design and strength and speed training.

Cost for the event is $25, which also includes a strength and conditioning t-shirt, tailgate party and pass to the TCU-SMU football game that kicks off at 6 p.m. Interested parties are asked to RSVP to Jodi Christian in the women's basketball office at (817) 257-7962 by Sept. 8. An intinerary for the event is provided below.

12:30-1 p.m.: Registration at Daniel-Meyer Coliseum
1-2 p.m.: Weight Room Demonstration
2-3 p.m.: On-Court Demonstrations by the TCU Lady Frogs
3:30-6 p.m.: Tailgate Party
6 p.m.: TCU-SMU Football Game Cost: $25 (Please make checks payable to TCU women's basketball)
