ATLANTA, Ga. - In conjunction with the Eastman Kodak Company, the Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) announced TCU junior guard as a finalist for the 2007 Kodak/WBCA All-America Basketball Team.
Ross is one of 52 finalists who are voted upon by WBCA member coaches in each of the eight WBCA regions. All 52 finalists will be vying for a spot on the 10-member Kodak/WBCA All-America Team that will be announced on March 31 at 2007 NCAA Women's Final Four.
The Hobbs, N.M., native is bidding to join Sandora Irvin as the only TCU players to receive Kodak/WBCA All-America honors. Irvin was named to the Kodak/WBCA All-America Team in 2005 and was selected to the Kodak/WBCA All-America Honorable Mention Team in 2004.
