Two Lady Frogs Earn All-Conference Kudos

FORT WORTH, Texas

Sandora Irvin and Natasha Lacy from the No. 16/15 TCU Lady Frogs basketball team received all-conference praise today from Conference USA. Irvin was named to the First Team and Lacy snagged a spot on the All-Freshman Team. Irvin also picked up her second consecutive Defensive Player of the Year award. Now a junior, Irvin has moved up a notch on the all-conference team each season.

The Conference USA Tournament kicks off tomorrow in Fort Worth at Daniel-Meyer Coliseum at 1 p.m. with USF taking on Cincinnati. The Lady Frogs, who are seeded No. 2, have a first-round bye and will face the winner of Charlotte and East Carolina Friday, March 5, at 6 p.m.
