FORT WORTH--TCU begins its third season of Mountain West Conference basketball at home Wednesday, when it plays host to San Diego State at 6:30 p.m. at Daniel-Meyer Coliseum. The Lady Frogs are looking for their sixth consecutive win over the Aztecs.

The Frogs enter conference play on their first two-game winning streak of the season following recent home wins over Grambling State and UT Arlington. Wednesday's matchup with SDSU marks the squad's final leg of a three-game homestand. TCU next plays at home Jan. 19 after visiting Wyoming and New Mexico during the upcoming week.

The Frogs have won each of the last five meetings with SDSU dating back to the 1999-2000 season, including all four contests as MWC rivals. TCU is 4-0 in games between the two schools played in Fort Worth, including last season's 83-57 win at the DMC.

Saturday's game can be heard live on the radio in the Metroplex on 88.7 KTCU-FM with Jeff Williams (play-by-play) and Marcy Girton (color) calling the action. All games this season, home and away, will be broadcast live on KTCU. Live statistics and a free video stream of the event will be available on GoFrogs.com.
