FORT WORTH, Texas - The TCU women's basketball team held their annual banquet Friday night at the Colonial Country Club in Fort Worth.

The Lady Frogs won the C-USA tournament this season and proceeded on to the NCAA Tournament, where they were defeated in the round of 32 by eventual champions Connecticut. TCU finished the season 20-14 overall.

Senior Tricia Payne took home the Academic Award as well as the Janice Dziuk Award. The Defensive Player of the Year was awarded to both junior Tiffany Evans and junior Ebony Shaw. Offensive Player of the Year was awarded to sophomore Sandora Irvin who was also named Player of the Year.
