Final Stats

FORT WORTH, Texas (AP) - Chandi Jones banked in a jump shot with 29 seconds left, leading Houston to a 61-59 win over No. 18 TCU on Sunday.

Jones finished with a game-high 32 points. She and Sancho Lyttle, who finished with 12 points, supplied all the second-half scoring for Houston (14-2, 3-0 Conference USA).

Amy Pack scored 13 points for TCU (13-3, 2-1). Sandora Irvin added 11 points and 12 rebounds.

TCU had a chance to tie the game in the final seconds, but Pack missed a free throw and Jones grabbed her eighth rebound with 2 seconds left.

Jones was fouled and made one of two free throws to complete the scoring.
