2006-07 (JUNIOR): Ross was named to the Associated Press Honorable Mention All-America Team... also selected for the WBCA/Kodak Honorable Mention All-America Team... named Mountain West Conference Co-Player of the Year and First Team All-Mountain West Conference... second player in TCU history to be named Conference Player of the Year... named TCU's Player of the Year and Offensive Co-Player of the Year... selected Mountain West Conference Player of the Week on Jan. 29... started 30 games, while playing in all 32... led the league in scoring with an average of 17.3 points... posted two double-doubles... set a league and school record with 10 steals at UNLV on Feb. 3... ranked 18th in the nation with an average of 2.91 steals per game... scored the second-most points in one season for any player in TCU history... one of nine players in school history to score 1,000 career points... scored in double figures in 28 of 32 games... tied a then-career high with 26 points on 8-of-20 shooting against Utah in the MWC Tournament... also scored 26 points on 8-of-13 shooting against Colorado State on Jan. 6... led the league with 13 games of 20 or more points... just missed a triple-double against New Mexico on Jan. 24, finishing with 16 points, 11 rebounds and eight assists... her 11 rebounds were a career high, while her eight assists tied her career high... made 11-of-14 shots to total 23 points at Colorado State on Feb. 7... had six steals to go along with 22 points against Florida on Dec. 8... totaled 24 points and six steals at New Mexico on Feb. 25... made 3-of-5 3-pointers against Colorado State... 2005-06 (SOPHOMORE): Ross stormed back after a knee injury that sidelined her in 2004-05 and became one of TCU's top go-to players... named to the All-MWC Third Team... led the Mountain West Conference with 2.69 steals per game... was the only player on the team to start in all 31 contests... scored in double-figures in all but nine games and in 13 of 16 MWC contests... had 22 double-digit scoring efforts... had an eight-game streak of double figures until being held to three points at UNLV... ranked second on the team in scoring at 12.2 points per game... was first on the team in steals at 2.48 steals per game and second with 3.0 assists per contest... in league play, averaged 13.4 points, 3.1 rebounds, 2.9 assists and 2.7 steals per game... shot 37.5 percent from the field during the season and 39.2 percent in MWC games... had a then-career-high 24 points against Colorado State (Feb. 22) and New Mexico (Jan. 11)... the 24 points in a game were the second-most by any player on the team... against the Lobos, she played 39 minutes and shot an impressive 52.6 percent from the field (10-of-19) and had five assists and four steals... in the contest versus the Rams, she shot a season-second-best 64.3 percent from the field (9-of-14), made a season-high three 3-pointers (3-of-4) and had five rebounds, a season-best six assists, a season-best three blocks and three steals... Ross' 10 made field goals against New Mexico (Jan. 11) was the most by any player on the TCU squad for the season... in the two NCAA Tournament games, averaged 7.5 points and recorded 5.5 steals per game... her seven rebounds against Cornell (Jan. 2) at the time were a new career high... tied with three other Lady Frogs with the most free throws made in agame (9)... scored 20-or-more points in five games... averaged a team-best 31.5 minutes of playing time per game... led the team in scoring 10 times... shot 37.5 percent from the field, 24.5 percent from the 3-point line and made 76.2 percent of her free throws... completed the season ranked No. 1 in steals, No. 10 in scoring and No. 12 in assists against league opponents.
2004-05 (SOPHOMORE, MEDICAL REDSHIRT SEASON): Ross appeared to be ready for an outstanding season until tearing the anterior cruciate ligament in her left knee against Georgia on Nov. 27... it happened during the opening minutes of the contest... was granted a medical redshirt due to how early the injury occurred... averaged 11.8 points for five ball games... still managed to score 23 points versus California on Nov. 26 at the Rainbow Wahine Classic in Honolulu... her 23 points came while she was battling flu-like symptoms... played all but a minute of the game, which TCU won by a 96-89 count... also recorded six steals versus the Golden Bears... finished with 17 points and six assists against Sam Houston State on Nov. 22 in the Lady Frogs' first home game of the season.
2003-04 (FRESHMAN): Ross was part of TCU's outstanding freshmen backcourt... ended the season averaging 7.3 points and 3.1 assists... also had 2.1 steals... was second on the team in helpers and steals... was second among C-USA freshmen in assists and steals... fell one assist shy of 100 for the season... at the time, her 68 steals tied for the eighth most in a single season in TCU history... posted the first double-digit scoring effort of her career with 13 against Arkansas on Dec. 6 in a 67-62 overtime victory... provided TCU with some big offensive numbers off the pine Jan. 11 at Memphis, putting up 21 points on the Lady Tigers... made seven of her 10 shots and 5-of-6 from the charity stripe... dished out seven assists and had four thefts as well... two of her field goals were threes... after sitting out the entire first half Feb. 8 against Southern Miss, she played 14 second-half minutes and scored 11 points... also snared five rebounds and had five steals.
HIGH SCHOOL: Ross was a three-sport athlete at Hobbs High School, playing basketball for head coach Johnny Casavs... was a Student Sports All-America selection... garnered All-America accolades from adidas... tabbed a McDonald's All-American... also a Parade All-American... named the Powerade MVP two times during her career... was New Mexico's Player of the Year following her junior and senior seasons... cited as the district's Newcomer of the Year in 2000... also snagged MVP honors for the district her rookie campaign... labeled as the third-best point guard in the nation and the 19th-best player overall... led the state in scoring her junior year... was named all-district four straight seasons... also captured all-county and all-state recognition three years in a row from 2001 to 2003... ended her career by leading her squad to the 2003 state championship title... during her senior season, she averaged 24.5 points, 7.6 assists and 4.3 rebounds... picked up numerous awards as a volleyball player as well... named all-state, all-county and all-district during her playing days... was also the team MVP... also competed for the track and field team.
PERSONAL: Ross is a communications major with a human relations emphasis who owns aspirations of working in sports broadcasting... her brother, Ronald Ross, was a senior All-American for the 2004-05 Texas Tech men's basketball team that advanced to the Sweet 16... Ronald now plays professional basketball... also has a sister, Ebony... Adrianne Nicole Ross, the daughter of Ronald and Tammy Ross, was born Nov. 23, 1984... nicknamed "The Boss"... interned as a football sideline reporter for The Mtn., CSTV and Versus television networks... known in the community for her dedication and work with children... says her brother Ronald is the athlete she most admires.
