TCU men's tennis completes action at Baylor HEB Intercollegiate

WACO, Texas - Stuart Row defeated Mike Beatty of Texas A&M 6-4, 7-6(13) in the round of 16 before retiring against Ondrei Kacmar of Oklahoma in the quarterfinals. The TCU duo of Chris Biro and Kriegler Brink fell just short by a score of 9-8(2) against No. 29 North and Molnar of Georgia Tech in the doubles quarterfinals.
"I was very pleased with the play of Stuart," said men's tennis head coach Dave Borelli. "He's been a pleasant surprise."
In the consolation round of 16, senior Andrew Ulrich was defeated by Bernhard Deussner of Texas 6-3, 6-4.
The next action for the TCU men will take place from Sept. 30-Oct. 8 for the ITA All-American Championships being held in Tulsa, Okla.
