FORT WORTH, Texas - The No. 73 TCU men's tennis team will play host to No. 49 Texas A&M on Tuesday at the Bayard H. Friedman Tennis Center at 6 p.m. Tuesday's match will be the last contest before conference play begins on Friday.

The Frogs (4-8) have won three consecutive matches, the latest begin a 5-2 decision over UT-Arlington, while the Aggies (10-5) are coming off of a 5-2 victory over No. 40 New Mexico on Sunday.

For the first time this season, Kriegler Brink and Cosmin Cotet entered the individual Fila/ITA rankings for TCU last week. Cotet is currently ranked No. 106 in singles, while Cotet and Brink are ranked No. 23 in the nation in doubles after compiling an 8-3 record this season.

Texas A&M will feature two singles players and a doubles team that are currently ranked. Conor Pollack enters the match ranked No. 104, while Jerry Makowski follows at No. 114. The duo of Bryan Wooten and Mike Beatty is currently ranked No. 41.

The Frogs and Aggies have met each other 45 times in the history of the two programs dating back to 1974, with the Frogs holding a commanding 34-11 advantage. The last meeting took place a year ago in College Station, Texas, where TCU escaped with a 4-3 victory. The No. 33 ranked duo of Rafael Abreu and Jordan Freitas captured the doubles point for TCU, while Freitas broke a 3-3 tie with a victory over Matt Bain to clinch the win for the Frogs.
