TCU men's tennis to face UT-Arlington on Tuesday

ARLINGTON, Texas - The No. 71 TCU men's tennis team will look to add its third consecutive victory on Tuesday when they travel to Arlington, Texas, to face cross-town rival UTA at 2 p.m. at the UTA Tennis Center.

The Frogs (3-8) didn't drop a set as they defeated Abilene Christian and Wichita State, 5-0 and 7-0, respectively, in their last action on Saturday. UTA (5-5) is coming off of a 4-3 victory over UT-San Antonio on Sunday.

TCU and UTA have met 15 times in the history of the two programs, with the Frogs holding a 14-1 advantage in the series that dates back to 1974. The two teams last met on Feb. 8, 2006, in Fort Worth, where the Frogs came away with a 5-2 victory. TCU holds a 4-1 advantage when the match has been played in Arlington.
