FORT WORTH, Texas - The No. 29 TCU men's tennis team will remain on the road for a Monday contest against No. 62 Wisconsin at 3 p.m. CT, followed by a match against No. 7 Illinois on Wednesday at 6 p.m. CT. The Horned Frogs dropped a 4-3 decision to No. 19 Texas A&M on Saturday to fall to 10-2 this season.

The Frogs are led by senior Cosmin Cotet, who is ranked No. 21 in singles play. Freshmen Adrian Simon and Zach Nichols are also ranked at No. 115 and No. 122, respectively. Kriegler Brink is currently unbeaten in singles play with an 11-0 mark, while the doubles team of Nichols and Jack Seider is 12-0 this season at the No. 3 position.

Wisconsin is 6-5 this season, coming off of a 7-0 win over No. 71 Northwestern on Saturday. The Badgers are led by No. 50 Moritz Baumann and No. 103 Nolan Polley, while sophomore Marek Michalicka is 10-0 this season in singles play. The doubles team of Jeremy Sonkin and Luke Rassow-Kantor is ranked No. 37.

The two teams have only met three times in the series, as Wisconsin holds a slight 2-1 advantage. Wisconsin defeated TCU?by a score of 5-2 last season in Fort Worth.

On Wednesday, the Frogs will meet last season's national runner-up with a match against Illinois. The Fighting Illini are 8-4 this season, with all four losses coming against top-20 opponents. Illinois blanked Purdue 7-0 in its last action on Saturday. Illinois has three players ranked in the top 100, which includes No. 14 Ryan Rowe, No. 84 Billy Heiser and No. 92 Ruben Gonzales. Three Illinois doubles teams are also ranked in the national poll.

TCU and Illinois will meet for the first time since the 1998 season, where the Frogs dropped a 4-1 decision. Illinois leads the overall series by a 3-2 advantage.
