TCU Men's Tennis Finishes First Day at A&M Invitational

COLLEGE STATION, Texas Junior Daniel Scholten of the TCU men's tennis squad was the lone Horned Frog to register a victory Friday at the Texas A&M Invitational in College Station. The Wesel, Germany, native was a 6-4, 6-4 winner over Cory Ross at No. 3 singles in a dual match with LSU. TCU sophomore Jacopo Tezza lost a tough battle at one singles with Ken Skupski, 6-4, 7-6(3), as did freshman Collin Hart at the No. 7 slot against Brandon Nicholson, 7-5, 7-6(6). The Frogs will take on Arizona in their next contest Saturday, Nov. 8, beginning at 1:30 p.m. with doubles followed by singles at approximately 3 p.m. FRIDAY'S RESULTS
