ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - The 29th-ranked TCU men's tennis team downed Air Force 6-1 on Sunday at the UNM Tennis Center to improve to 12-8 overall and 3-0 in Mountain West Conference play. With the win, the Frogs moved into a first-place tie with San Diego State in the conference standings.
The Frogs swept all three doubles matches and won five-of-six doubles matches resulting in the final tally.
TCU controls its own destiny in the MWC as they travel to Salt Lake City, Utah, on Friday to close out the regular-season with a three-match road trip. The Frogs meet San Diego State on Sunday in a pivotal matchup for first place.
