Stanford, Calif. - The TCU men's golf program finished 12th overall at the U.S. Intercollegiate Championships after recording a three-round tally of 893 at the Stanford University Golf Course on Sunday (Apr. 20).

The Horned Frogs notched their best team score of the tournament on the final day of action as the Purple and White fired a tally of 291.

USC captured the team championship as the Trojans finished with a 12-under-par score of 828 while Stanford (841), California (857), UCLA (857) and UC Irvine (861) rounded out the top five.

Jordan Woolf (Fort Worth, Texas/Arlington H.S.) was the Frogs' top golfer at the U.S. Intercollegiate Championships as the TCU sophomore finished with a three-round tally of 223 en route to securing a 41st-place showing.

Robby Ormand (Austin, Texas/James Bowie H.S.) finished one stroke back of his teammate with a score of 224 en route to finishing 43rd overall while James Sacheck (Zionsville, Ind./Zionsville H.S.) and Franklin Corpening (Fort Worth, Texas/Paschal H.S.) both tied for 55th-place with a score of 227. Sacheck finished with a team-best score of 72 in the third round of action.

Travis Woolf (Fort Worth, Texas/Paschal H.S.) tied for 66th overall with a score of 230 - including a 73 in the first and third rounds of action.

The Frogs will be back in action at the Mountain West Conference Championships beginning on Thursday (Apr. 24) at the Tucson National Golf Resort in Tucson, Ariz.
