FORT WORTH, Texas -- TCU placed 11 student-athletes on the 2012 Academic All-Big 12 Football Team.
Representing the Horned Frogs were linebacker Alex Adewunmi, cornerback Brian Alexis, linebacker Christopher Cisi, safety Geoff Hooker, safety Dalton Jones, offensive guard Trevius Jones, safety Chris Kim, defensive end Jon Koontz, punter Cale Patterson, offensive lineman Nick Tutcher and offensive guard John Wooldridge.
Alexis, Trevius Jones and Patterson had already earned their TCU degree and competed as graduate students in the 2012 campaign.
