FORT WORTH, Texas -- The TCU football team has made an adjustment in its spring practice schedule with drills now beginning March 18 instead of Saturday's original start date.

"We have a lot of kids recovering from surgery," Horned Frog head coach Gary Patterson said. "By starting later, we'll be able to have more of them back."

TCU's first practice, March 18, will be after the team returns from Spring Break (March 10-14). Spring practice will culminate with the Spring Game on April 12.

Per NCAA rules, the Frogs will have 15 practices.
