Veteran member of the defensive front... a two-year letterman who enters the fall in a second-team position at nose tackle behind Lorenzo Jones... came to TCU as a fullback... moved to the defensive line his freshman year... has made two career starts.
2005:
Lettered in a reserve role on the defensive front... saw action in 11 of 12 games... had tackles for a loss against SMU (Sept. 10), Utah (Sept. 15) and New Mexico (Oct. 1)... all three of his stops on the season came behind the line of scrimmage... broke up a pass in the regular-season finale against UNLV (Nov. 12).
2004:
Played in nine games, missing USF and Army with a broken left hand suffered at Texas Tech... started the final two games... credited with four tackles.
2003:
Made his first collegiate appearance in the bowl game versus Boise State... recorded one assisted tackle.
2002:
Redshirted as a true freshman.
High School:
Played tailback at Evangel Christian for coach Johnny Booty... recorded 900 yards rushing and 17 TDs as a senior... was all-Shreveport as a junior... lettered four times in football, three times in basketball, and once in track... selected TCU over Virginia.
