Started all 11 games at left guard... helped TCU to rank third in Conference USA and 19th in the country in scoring offense (32.9 points per game), third in C-USA and 19th in the nation in total offense (430.7 yards per game) and second in C-USA and 19th in the country in passing offense (264.6 yards per game).
2003:
Appeared in 12 of 13 games along the offensive line... also used on special teams... did not play in the Southern Miss contest... placed fifth in the shot put (49-11.25) at the Conference USA 2003 Indoor Track & Field Championships, despite just one day of practice prior to the meet.
2002:
Served as the second team left guard behind John Glud... saw limited action, appearing in five games, earning a letter... underwent arthroscopic knee surgery following spring drills.

Lone Star Recruiting State Top 100... rated as one of the top players in the state of Texas by SuperPrep... three-year starter at Tomball... also lettered in track... finished second in the state in the Class 5A state meet in the shot put with a best throw of 64-feet plus... ranked third in the nation in the shot put... two-time state runner up... coached by Patt Patterson... chose TCU over Baylor, Houston, Oklahoma, Kansas State and Purdue.
