2002: Played in all 12 games... made 14 tackles including 10 solo stops... recovered a fumble and credited with one pass broken up... competed in the high jump during the outdoor track season and posted a season-best jump of six feet, seven and a half inches, to place fourth at the TCU Invitational... finished second in the high jump competition at the 2003 Conference USA Outdoor Track & Field Championships, clearing 2.22 meters (7-03.25)... earned a spot in the NCAA Regional competition.
2001: Played in every game as a redshirt freshman... was a key contributor on special teams... recorded nine tackles.
2000: Redshirted as a true freshman.
High School: A Fort Worth Star-Telegram All-Area choice... two-time all-district selection... honorable mention all-state... had 58 tackles, and four interceptions in his senior year at Fort Worth's Dunbar High School...as a junior, he recorded 67 tackles and two interceptions... coached by Bob Jones... also lettered in baseball and track and field...three-time all-district selection in baseball... as a junior, he earned All-America honors in track... track team finished runnerup in state meet...a three-time Junior Olympic participant (1997-98-99)... chose TCU over Colorado, Kansas State, Arizona State and LSU.
