2006: Reserve offensive lineman who saw action in eight games, totaling three knockdown blocks... his knockdowns came against UC Davis, San Diego State and Colorado State.

2005: Redshirted as a true freshman.

High School: Two-year starter and three-year letterman in football... helped lead Rockhurst to the Missouri 6A state championship his senior year and district titles his sophomore and junior seasons... Rockhurst was 28-5 during the three years he lettered... named a Scholar-Athlete by the Kansas City Star and Greater Kansas City Football Coaches Association... was also a Rockhurst 2005 Scholar-Athlete... his coach was Tony Severino... also played basketball and baseball.

Personal: Parents are Jerry and Judy Karlin... majoring in biology... plans on attending medical school... enjoys water sports and snow skiing.
