2005: All six of his receptions on the season came in the last six games, including a 12-yard grab in the 27-24 EV1.net Houston Bowl win over Iowa State (Dec. 31)... started four contests while playing in all 12 games... his first career reception for TCU was a 4-yard grab against Army (Oct. 15)... came back the next week with a 15-yard touchdown reception to give the Frogs a 21-10 second-quarter lead in a 48-10 win at Air Force (Oct. 22)... had two grabs the following week at San Diego State (Oct. 29)... recorded a season-long 20-yard reception in the 33-6 win over Colorado State as the Frogs clinched the Mountain West Conference championship.
2004: Transferred to TCU in January... went through spring drills... sat out the season as a redshirt.
2002-03: Attended Butler County Community College in El Dorado, Kansas... named first team all-conference in the Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference in 2003... was a second team All-American and a first team Academic All-American... caught 12 passes for 192 yards (16.0 yards per catch) and one touchdown for the NJCAA national champion Grizzlies, who finished the season 12-0... coached by Troy Morrell... rated as the top junior college tight end prospect in the country and the 18th best junior college prospect regardless of position, according to collegefootballnews.com... selected TCU over East Carolina and Utah State.
