2006: First-team All-Mountain West Conference as a return specialist and a second-team pick at safety... started the last eight games... set a TCU bowl record with 89 punt return yards in the 37-7 Poinsettia Bowl victory over Northern Illinois... his six returns were also a TCU bowl mark... five of the six returns went at least 17 yards... added two tackles, including one for a loss, and a pass break-up... second on TCU while tying for sixth in the MWC in sacks (4.5)... placed third on the Frogs in tackles for a loss (9.5) and fifth in total stops (49)... his 12.7 punt return average topped the MWC and ranked 16th nationally... preserved the 27-21 victory at New Mexico with an interception at the TCU 9 in the final minute... began the season with a 13-yard sack in the 17-7 win at Baylor... also had a sack to go with a forced fumble, quarterback hurry and four tackles in the 12-3 victory over Texas Tech... totaled a season-best seven tackles with 2.5 for a loss at Utah... had an interception and five solo stops in the 26-3 win over Wyoming... broke-up two passes at Colorado State in addition to totaling five tackles... had a season-long 39-yard punt return at UNLV.

2005:Had a huge game in the 33-6 win over Colorado State that clinched TCU's MWC championship... had two interceptions while also combining on a pair of sacks, including one that led to a safety... a picture of one of his interceptions against the Rams was featured on MSNBC.com's Web site as one of the world's top sports photos of the week... posted his fourth interception of the season in the EV1.net Houston Bowl win over Iowa State...recorded a pick in the 28-14 win at Wyoming... had fumble recoveries in back-to-back victories over Utah and BYU... forced fumbles in the BYU game as well as the New Mexico contest... totaled a season-best eight tackles (six solo) in the win at BYU... recorded a tackle for a loss in five of the 11 games.

2004:Saw increased action as the season progressed despite playing behind all-league selection Marvin Godbolt... recovered a fumble against SMU... had a season-high five stops against Houston.

2003:Used a redshirt season as he made the transition from prep quarterback to college safety.

High School:Totaled 3,180 career passing yards and 2,477 rushing yards at A.C. Jones High School... played for coach Brad Norvell... passed for 1,412 yards and rushed for 1,179 yards as a senior... named the All-South Texas quarterback and Victoria Advocate Offensive Player of the Year... also earned District 29-4A Player of the Year honors... was his area's Class 4A total offense leader as a junior in 2001, passing for 940 yards and rushing for 655 yards in nine games, a 177.2 yards per game average... also played defensive back... lettered four times in football and track and once in basketball... chose TCU over Georgia Tech, Houston and SMU.
