TCU (1-0) begins play in the Corpus Christi Challenge by hosting Shawnee State on Sunday at 5:05 p.m. The game is the first of two in the tournament that will be played at Daniel-Meyer Coliseum. Tonight's game will feature NCAA experimental rules, which include a longer three-point distance (20'6") and a wider free throw lane. The Horned Frogs are in the second game of a stretch in which the team plays six games in the first 10 days of the regular season. On Friday night TCU started its year with a victory for the fifth straight year and the third time under head coach Neil Dougherty. The Horned Frogs used 14 players in the first half and upended Texas-Arlington 90-61.
