Men's Basketball Drops One To Louisiana-Monroe, 90-79

FORT WORTH, Texas (AP) - Mark Keith scored 18 points Saturday to lead Louisiana-Monroe to a 90-79 win over TCU.
Kirby Lemons added 17 points while Tank Thompson scored 15 and grabbed 11 rebounds for the Indians (2-3).
Chudi Chinweze led TCU (4-3) with 18 points, and Corey Santee added 15.
The Indians shot 53 percent from the field.
The Horned Frogs shot 45.9 percent, including 4-of-11 by Junior Blount, who scored 12 points.
Keith was 9-of-13 from the field, and the Indians outrebounded TCU 45-28. Lemons and Reggie Griffin both had eight rebounds.
Louisiana-Monroe overcame a 39-38 halftime deficit, outscoring the Horned Frogs 52-40 in the second half. |
