HOUSTON (AP) - Louis Truscott scored a career-high 26 points to lead Houston to an 82-71 overtime win over TCU on Tuesday night.

Patrick Okafor added 18 points, and George Williams grabbed a game-high 14 rebounds to go along with his 10 points. Houston (8-7, 2-2 Conference USA) outscored TCU 15-4 during overtime.

Truscott and Okafor had 10 rebounds apiece, each recording a double-double.

Bingo Merriex scored 19 points and had 11 rebounds for TCU (10-8, 0-4). Corey Santee scored 16 points, and Corey Valsin added 12 for the Horned Frogs.

TCU was 1-of-19 from 3-point range, while the Cougars shot 6-of-11 from behind the arc.
