Roberson came to the TCU men's basketball program from Mississippi Elite Christian Academy in Jackson, Miss., where he guided his prep program to a 20-win season, including a fourth overall finish at the National Prep School Tournament, during the 2008-09 campaign... concluded the season averaging 17.5 points per game to go along with 7.0 assists, 6.0 rebounds and 3.0 steals per evening... spent two seasons at nationally-ranked Yates High School in Houston where he was a McDonald's All-American nominee... guided the Lions to a 26-3 overall record during his senior campaign... garnered first team All-District 23-4A recognition during his senior campaign after averaging 10.2 points and 3.1 steals per contest... selected as the Newcomer of the Year at Yates during his first season with the program... garnered Houston vs. Nation Tournament Most Valuable Player honors as a senior... aided a Yates program that averaged 88.9 points per game while allowing 57.7 points per evening... spent two seasons playing at Lufkin High School before transferring to Yates.
