In his first season with the Horned Frogs, Parker finished first on the squad in blocked shots (61) and blocked shots per game (2.0) en route to finishing third in the Mountain West Conference in that category... recorded the seventh-most blocked shots in the single-season record books... ranked second on the team in points (265), scoring average (8.8), field goals made (118) and third in field goal attempts (216), total rebounds (174) and rebounds per game (5.8)... ranked 12th among all Mountain West Conference players in rebounds per game... appeared in 30 games during his first season with the team en route to earning a spot in the starting lineup on 21 occasions... recorded 12 games of 10 or more points and two games of double-digit rebounding performances... notching his first career double-double (points-rebounds) against UNLV (Jan. 20) with a career-high 20 points and 13 rebounds... connected on 8-of-10 field goal attempts to go along with three rejections against the Runnin' Rebels... recorded 12 points, seven rebounds and five blocked shots in his collegiate debut against Centenary (Nov. 11)... posted 12 points on 6-of-7 shooting to go along with three assists and two rebounds in a victory over nationally-ranked Air Force (Feb. 24)... nearly recorded a double-double against Grambling State (Nov. 24) with a 13-point, nine-rebound performance... posted 11 points and eight rebounds against Oklahoma (Dec. 2) followed by a 12-point, eight-rebound performance against The University of Texas-San Antonio (Dec. 6)... collected 13 points on 6-of-7 shooting to go along with eight rebounds and five blocked shots in 33 minutes of action against Colorado State (Jan. 17)... notched 12 points on 6-of-10 shooting and eight rebounds against San Diego State (Mar. 3).

Parker played two seasons at Frank Phillips Junior College in Boeger, Texas... saw action in 12 games, including a trip to the starting lineup on five occasions, before being sidelined with an injury midway through his sophomore campaign... led the Western Junior College Athletic Conference (WJCAC) in blocked shots at 2.5 per game en route to finishing with 30 rejections in 12 games... connected on 53.6 percent (30-of-56) while averaging 6.0 points per game... recorded 58 total rebounds en route to averaging 4.8 boards per evening... selected as the Defensive Player of the Year for his junior college program at the conclusion of his sophomore campaign... averaged 6.1 points and 5.0 rebounds per game in a reserve role during his rookie campaign... helped Frank Phillips Junior College capture the WJCAC championship en route to earning a berth in the Region V Tournament.
