Appeared in 11 games and made two starts... of his nine appearances off the bench, six came as a pinch hitter, two as a defensive replacement and one as a pinch runner... started one game at second base and one as the designated hitter... reached base safely and hit safely in two of the 10 games he registered a plate appearance... played flawless defense in nine chances... saw playing time at second base in five games and at third base in one contest... collected two hits, drove in a run and scored three times... first appearance of the season came on March 4 at Texas Tech... tallied his first hit of the season in a start against Houston Baptist on March 13... drove in a run in that contest... went 1-for-4 and scored two runs in a start against New Mexico on April 9.
