2012 (Redshirt Freshman):
Made 12 appearances off the bench this season... appeared in seven games as a pinch runner and five as a pinch hitter... saw time at third base and in left field... was 1-for-3 with an RBI as a pinch hitter... reached base in three of the six games with a plate appearance... scored a run as a pinch runner in his collegiate debut against Baylor on March 6... first collegiate at-bat came on April 6 against UNC Wilmington... collected his first career hit with an RBI single against New Mexico on May 6... was twice hit by a pitch as a pinch hitter (vs. San Diego State, May 20; vs. Dayton, June 2)... scored his second run of the season on June 2 against Dayton in the NCAA College Station Regional.
2011 (True Freshman):
Made the team as a walk-on in the fall... coaches elected to redshirt him.
High School:
Earned four varsity letters at Westmoore High School... was a 2010 All-State Alternate... garnered 2010 Big All-City Team honorable mention accolades... was a member of the 2010 All-City Team... excelled on the football team and was a 2010 Wendy's High School Heisman State Finalist.
