Ranked second on the team with 26 appearances on the season and started three games.
Tossed the fourth-most innings on the team, finishing with 55 innings pitched.
Racked up 43 strikeouts and walked just 17.
Combined with Chance Corgan and Sam Demel to shut out BYU on April 21.
Had a 5-2 record to go along with a 4.09 ERA.
Held opponents scoreless in 13 of his 26 appearances.
Made his collegiate debut on Feb. 10 at UCF, pitching a scoreless inning.
Earned his first collegiate victory on March 14 against UT-Arlington.
Made eight appearances in league play and had a 3.21 ERA in 14 innings pitched.
Pitched 3 1/3 innings, allowing a run on three hits with a strikeout in an 11-5 TCU victory.
First career start came on March 20 against at UT-Arlington.
Held the Mavericks scoreless for three innings on two hits with a walk and three strikeouts in the no-decision.
Struck out a career-high eight batters in 5 1/3 innings of work at BYU on March 23.
Was tagged with his first-career loss at Texas A&M after allowing four runs on seven hits in a three-inning start.
Second loss of the season came at Oklahoma on April 3.
Following the loss, put together an impressive 11 game streak in which he surrendered just five runs (four earned) over the course of 22 1/3 innings.
Included in that streak were six scoreless outings.
Picked up his second win of the season with three innings of work at Baylor (April 10).
Win No. 3 came against the Sooners at Lupton Stadium with another three scoreless innings of work.
Earned his third straight victory over a Big 12 opponent on April 25 against Texas Tech with three innings of work in which he allowed an unearned run and struck out five.
Allowed just one run in his final four appearances, spanning 8 1/3 innings.
Notched eight strikeouts in that stretch.
Earned win No. 5 on May 25 versus BYU in the MWC Tournament with three scoreless innings in an 8-7 TCU victory.
Allowed just 11 of his 25 inherited base runners to score.
Kempner High School:
Was an all-district performer as a junior.
Earned three letters in baseball for Head Coach JD Sellers.
Honored as a third-team all-Greater Houston selection as a junior.
Named the Kempner High Pitcher of the Year.
Finished his junior campaign with a 7-2 record and a 2.01 ERA and struck out 84 in 57 innings pitched.
