• Tabbed as a Louisville Slugger Preseason All-American prior to his senior year.
• A first-team, large-school All-Area selection by the Times Union and the Troy Record.
• Competed for the South Troy Dodgers' Connie Mack program in the summer of 2007.
• Helped his team to a fifth-place finish, earning the Dodgers' lone win of the tournament.
• Was the Dodgers' all-time home run leader. • Earned invitations to the USA Baseball Tournament of Stars in Joplin, Mo. and the Perfect Game National Showcase in Fayetteville, Ark.
• Also invited to the East Coast Professional Showcase (Boston Red Sox) in Wilmington, N.C.
• Participated in the Goodwill Games versus Japan in Cooperstown, N.Y. and the World Wood Bat Championships in Jupiter, Fla.
