At North Central Texas College:
• Played one season for Scott Harp at North Central Texas.
• As a sophomore his team was a 2007 Region 5 Finalist.
• Was one of eight Lions to earn all-conference honors as a freshman.
• Hit .348 with 10 doubles, three home runs and 24 RBIs.

W.T. White HS:
• Lettered four years for Head Coach David Shepperd at W.T. White HS.
• Earned all-state honors as a junior and senior.
• Named Freshman and Sophomore of the Year.
• Was selected as the MVP as a junior and senior.
