2004 (Sophomore): Struggled on the mound this season... ended season with a 17.05 ERA... first appearance of the season was on Feb. 5 against Dallas Baptist... gave up three runs in only 1/3 of an inning pitched... didn't allow a run in next two outings, against Texas State (Feb. 15) and Furman (Feb. 21)... gave up nine runs over his last four appearances over a four-inning span... suffered the loss against Texas Tech on Feb. 29... gave up three runs on one hit... leadoff hitters hit .667 against the righty.

2003 (Freshman): One of the go-to guys in the bullpen for the Frogs... made 18 appearances out of the `pen and two as a starter... only two starts of the season were against UT-Arlington on Feb. 11 and Mar. 3... posted a 1-4 record... struck out 30 batters in 37.0 innings of work... finished season with a 7.54 ERA... pitched 4.0 innings of relief against Tulane on Mar. 14... allowed only one hit, while striking out three to pick up his lone victory of the season... turned in another fine performance against Texas Tech on Feb. 23 in relief... pitched 5.0 innings, allowing four hits and striking out three... came on in the 11th inning and picked up final out in a 5-2 victory over Houston on Mar. 29 to record first-career save... pitched 3.0 innings in the C-USA Tournament against Louisville... combined with Kyle Shoemaker and Clint Mokry to pitch a shutout against UAB on Apr. 12.

High School: Was a four-year letterwinner at Marshall High School... garnered all-district honors all four years... compiled a 33-6 record on the mound, including a perfect 10-0 mark as a junior... earned district Sophomore of the Year accolades in 2000... named district MVP after sterling junior campaign... collected all-state honors in back-to-back season.
