Mike Dilley enters his third season as the Director of Baseball Operations for the Horned Frogs. He came to TCU after one year as a volunteer assistant coach at UT-Arlington. He is in charge of all the daily office functions, coordinating travel, assisting with the Diamond Club, overseeing the maintenance of the field and upkeep of equipment, and assisting with recruiting.

While at UTA, Dilley was in charge of coaching the catchers and assisting with the hitting instruction. He also served as the Mavericks' first-base coach during games.

Prior to his time at UTA, Dilley served as an assistant coach for then-NAIA powerhouse and his alma mater, Dallas Baptist. As a member of the Patriots coaching staff, he was responsible for catchers, team defense, hitting instruction and field maintenance, as well as serving as the first base coach. The 2001 squad took his instruction to heart, hitting .386 as a team and belting 83 home runs.

He was a member of back-to-back NAIA World Series appearances and a national runner-up finish in 2000. Dilley also spent time as a member of the Athletes in Action team in 1999, playing in Venezuela and Peru.

Dilley graduated from DBU with a degree in kinesiology in 2001. He graduated with his master's degree in Liberal Arts at TCU in December of 2005.

Dilley and his wife Priscila reside in Arlington.
